What are non-VoIP numbers and why are they better?

Non-VoIP numbers are traditional phone numbers associated with mobile carriers or landlines, as opposed to Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) numbers that operate over the internet.

Many services and platforms block VoIP numbers for verification purposes because they can be easily obtained in bulk and used for spam or fraud. Non-VoIP numbers have a much higher success rate for verifications because they're recognized as legitimate phone numbers by most services.

How long can I use a number?

We offer two types of number access:

  1. Standard Verification: You can use the number for a single verification, and it remains active for up to 20 minutes to receive the SMS code.
  2. Number Rental: We also offer long-term number rentals where you can keep exclusive access to a number for periods ranging from 1 day to 1 month, depending on your needs.

For standard verifications, if you don't receive a code within 20 minutes, the verification is considered failed, and you won't be charged.

For number rentals, you'll have exclusive access to the number for the entire rental period, and you can receive unlimited SMS messages during that time.

What is your success rate?

We pride ourselves on maintaining one of the highest success rates in the industry. Our overall success rate across all services is over 95%, with many popular services achieving 99%+ success rates.

This high success rate is due to our exclusive use of real, non-VoIP phone numbers from reputable carriers. We also continuously monitor and update our number inventory to ensure optimal performance.

Can I use the same number multiple times?

For standard verifications, each number is typically used for a single verification only. This ensures the highest possible success rate and prevents issues with services that block numbers that have been used multiple times.

However, if you rent a number for a longer period, you can use it multiple times for the same service or different services during the rental period. This is particularly useful for services that send periodic verification codes or for managing multiple accounts.

If you need to use the same number for multiple verifications, we recommend our number rental service.

Do you offer an API for developers?

  • Very high-volume requests (hundreds or thousands of numbers in a short period) may require prior arrangement with our team

Can the SMS messages be traced back to me?

Do you keep logs of the SMS messages I receive?
